These terms govern your use of tabletoptechnologies.com (the “Site”) and the services of Tabletop Technologies LLC (“Tabletop,” “we,” “us”), Union, New Jersey. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What We Do
Tabletop is an independent point-of-sale and merchant-services consultancy. Through the Site we offer services such as a free processing statement analysis and the ability to request introductions to business funding providers. Information on the Site is general in nature and provided for business owners and operators.
2. Funding Referrals — Important Disclosures
Tabletop Technologies LLC is not a lender, bank, or funding provider and does not make credit decisions. If you submit a funding inquiry, we refer it to one independent third-party funding provider, who will contact you directly. We may receive compensation from a funding partner when a referral results in funding. Submitting an inquiry costs you nothing and creates no obligation.
- Any funding range or estimate shown on the Site is informational only, based solely on the information you entered, and is not an offer, approval, pre-qualification, or commitment of any kind.
- Approval, amounts, pricing, and terms are determined solely by the funding provider and depend on their underwriting.
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Review any funding agreement carefully and consult your own advisors before signing.
- Our funding referral service is not available in every state.
3. Statement Analysis
Our free statement analysis is an estimate of potential processing savings based on the statement and details you provide. Actual results depend on your processor, pricing program, card mix, and volumes, and are not guaranteed.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By checking the SMS consent box on a Site form, you agree to receive text messages from Tabletop Technologies LLC about your inquiry (confirmations, scheduling, document requests, and status updates). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit a form, or opt in to text messages. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including that SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit inquiries only for a business you own or are authorized to represent, and not to misuse the Site (including scraping, interfering with its operation, or submitting unlawful content).
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Tabletop Technologies LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Sites & Services
The Site may reference or link to third-party products, processors, or funding providers. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or terms; your dealings with them are between you and that party.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabletop Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tabletop against claims arising from information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not authorized to provide.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
