Tabletop Technologies LLC (“Tabletop,” “we,” “us”) is a point-of-sale and payments consultancy headquartered in Union, New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect through tabletoptechnologies.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you submit. When you fill out a form on the Site — a contact request, a free POS statement analysis request, or a business funding inquiry — we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business such as industry, time in business, monthly card volume or revenue, and anything you choose to upload (for example, a processing statement).
- Automatic information. Like most websites, we receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the campaign or ad that brought you here (UTM parameters).
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested (for example, preparing your statement analysis or processing your funding inquiry).
- To contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or — only if you gave consent — text message.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and measure our advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations and keep records of consent.
3. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Tabletop Technologies LLC about your inquiry, such as confirmations, scheduling, document requests, and status updates. Checking the box is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver those messages (for example, our messaging platform).
4. How We Share Information
- Funding partners. If you submit a business funding inquiry and ask us to connect you with funding options, we share the information you submitted with the independent, third-party funding provider handling your request so they can evaluate and respond to it. Your text-message (SMS) opt-in is used only by Tabletop. The funding provider contacts you by phone call only, does not receive your SMS opt-in to send you texts or marketing, and may not use your information for its own unrelated marketing.
- Service providers. We use vendors that help us run the business — such as our CRM, messaging, email, and analytics platforms — under obligations to protect your information.
- Legal. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or share it for other companies’ own marketing. Sharing a funding inquiry with the funding partner you asked us to connect you with is done to fulfill your request; we may be compensated by that partner if your funding closes, as disclosed in our Terms.
5. Cookies & Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, analytics, and ad measurement (for example, a Meta pixel on our landing pages). You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Site works without them, though some measurement features will not. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we do not load our advertising pixel.
6. Retention & Security
We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and compliance obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us below. We will respond as required by applicable law, including New Jersey law.
8. Children
The Site is for business owners and operators. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
